About the role
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
Build backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Implement real-time features using Socket.io/WebSockets.
Implement secure authentication using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC.
Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, including database optimisation.
Use Mongoose, Sequelize, or Prisma for database operations.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
Implement caching using Redis and build scalable solutions using microservices/message queues where required.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker, AWS, Nginx, and PM2.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth releases.
Write and perform unit/API testing using Jest and Postman.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert Figma designs into functional web applications.
Debug production issues and optimise application performance, security, and reliability.
Use Git/GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
